- Inducted Round 4 applicants – now blog sites and mailing lists for Algeria, Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, India (already existed), Kenya, Morocco (Initiative), Nigeria and all have been introduced to our other discussion lists.
- Supported Round 3 applicants to continue set up of their respective Local Groups (technical questions etc)
- Carried out Welcome Party call with Round 3 applicants, together with 3 members of the Mentoring Committee
- Updated okfn.org/local with new Ambassadors that have come on board while I’ve been here
- Sent Round 5 applicants to Review Committee, and recruited two new members of the Review Committee
- Prepared a design brief for Local Groups flyer to take to South America
- Maintained @okfn Twitter account on Tuesday
- Worked with French speaking members of international community to set up our first language-specific mailing list, okfn-francophone, to be moderated by members of the community
- Calls/meetings:

- Michael Bauer, to coordinate for South America trip
- Began Open Data Census push w/Rufus’ guidance – emailed our discussion lists and people who might be able to help – Christian to lead on this following his return from Kenya
- Booked flights for South America trip and registered at AbreLATAM
- Emailed people/encouraged OKCon applications

- Prepare lightning talks/presentations of OKF activities for South America trip (all in Spanish!) – and brief from Lucy on School of Data (prepare in Spanish)
- Finalise agenda for South America trip – launch of OKF Argentina, find other people to meet
- Support Christian on further outreach on Open Data Census
- Get Local Groups materials printed + translated into Spanish
- Induction of Round 5 Ambassador applicants and begin review of Round 6 applicants
- Catch up with OKF US?
- Review with Christian of other groups on okfn.org/local and update this properly
- Welcome Party call with Round 4 applicants (with Christian?)
