- Lots of Ambassador scheme documentation preparation for feedback from the community – a new Code of Conduct, notes on restructuring the Ambassador scheme following the summit.
- Brainstorming on how best to mobilise our lovely International Council
- Began to tap into our OKF network as a first review for new Ambassador applicants
- Talks with Neal, and thinking about Local Group activity in the US

- Strategising about expansion into bigger countries
- Next steps on Ambassador restructuring
- Getting in touch with Ambassadors who have been quiet of late
- Working on OKF leaflet/marketing material with Elaine, which can be adapted for local contexts around the world
- Starting to gather translated material from all parts of OKF into language-specific groups
